Arman (1928-2005) was a French American artist whose the creative process focused primarily on everyday objects. He defined himself as a « showman of objects » and accumulated them like a collector, generally fusing them together using Plexiglas technique giving birth to a new genre called Accumulations. His works question our society on current issues such as mass production, waste and consumerism.
